Aspiration e-performance is a web based e performance tool designed to make your performance reviews easier than ever. Performance contracts are held at a job level, these are then transferred to employees where they can be edited and weighted. Once assigned the employee conducts a self-review and once completed the manager is notified by e mail that the self-review is completed and the manager review can commence.

The system tracks the progress of contracts set and reviewed and has a built in notification and reminder facility. A number of key reports are available on completion of the review and an archive facility keeps records of all previous reviews.

Aspiration e-360 Appraisal provides an easy to use interface to gather appraisal feedback in a multi-rater environment. Aspiration will train client administrators to run the appraisal exercise or if required we will conduct the administration for you including the issue of letters, reminders of the closing date of the review and the collation of 360 results across the organisation.

The Aspiration e-capability module is  a web based solution that allows for the management of The functionality allows for the assembly of skills profiles according to job titles and roles and the functionality is provided to link employees to these elements based on job and individual requirements.

This module provides electronic support to the Talent Factor ACD (Accelerated Capability Development) Process. Progress on sign off and on the job learning is monitored via sophisticated reports by individual, department, grade, unit standard or job title.

The Aspiration e-Training module provides for the capture of training course information, scheduling of training events and the booking of employees on courses. The module keeps records of training days, course costs and associated supplementary costs such as traveling catering and venue high. Several SETA reports are included that provide support to skills development facilitators in assembling key information.

The module comes with a built in report writer that allows users to create custom reports on key training interventions including race and gender reports.
